Kempinski to manage luxury trains

I think Navine chose a very interesting article for analysis : the partnership between the Kempinski group and the Tangula luxury train company. She briefly explained the main advantages of this cooperation for both groups in comparison with Orient Express, the main competitor of the Tangula luxury train company.

I also think that this agreement will be beneficial for both sides and will bring unique and unforgettable luxury experiences for travellers.

Holiday Inn Express Partners With Reading Is Fundamental To Promote A Smart Start In Education

The main idea of the article http://www.hospitalitynet.org/news/154000320/4030777.html is the partnership between Holiday Inn Express and Reading Is Fundamental, Inc. (RIF), the oldest and largest non-profit children’s literacy organization in the U.S. The main objective of this agreement is to improve children’s literacy

As part of the partnership, RIF will receive a donation equal to 9 percent of the consumed room rate for every guest who initiates a reservation through new Web page. Each reservation made through the site will help RIF serve 4.5 million children in need each year.

As far as I am concerned I find this agreement an excellent step in helping children worldwide:

  • It will develop a love for reading at an early age
  • It will help children 'to succeed in school and life'

Great Hotels Organisation launches its new and exciting ‘Eco Collection’
written by Julia Castaldini
Julia chose the article about the eco programme for hotels. I think this is a good topic to write on. Besides she explained in details the most important steps of this programme. Today according to the statistics, more and more hotels become ecology conscious. People working in the hotel industry become aware of the negative impact of tourism on the environement and they want to increase environmental and cultural knowledge among staff and among travellers.
By the way, Julia's ideas on what a hotel could do to become 'ecology conscious' will be interesting to get to know.

Hospitality Design Group Expands Magazine to Asia Pacific & Middle East

The article under discussion http://www.hospitalitynet.org/news/154000395/4030374.html is about the launching a new magazine 'Hospitality Design – Asia Pacific & Middle East'. This magazine will provide to its readers the information about

  • hospitality industry,
  • new products,
  • new technology
  • design events and studies on trend-setting cities.

The second half of the magazine will be devoted to the 'best in hospitality projects' from Asia, India, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and North Africa.

To my point of thinking this kind of magazine is a good idea and responds perfectly to the market’s needs and demands. Asia becomes a booming market and investors, travellers, hotel developers, designers do need a magazine devoted to featuring the best in that region’s hospitality design community.

Competitive rates
FastBooking.com offers the most competitive promotional rates on the market thanks to our preferential relations with the hotels and to the significant number of bookings generated by the site. The hotels themselves configure their promotions on our website.

No advance payment is required and your credit card is not debited. It simply guarantees your reservation. You only pay the hotel once you're there. Cash, checks and credit card payments are widely accepted in hotels.

www.hotwire.com

Hotwire's mission is to offer unbeatable low prices on airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, vacation packages and cruises. Through the partnerships with leading travel companies, they can get you low prices that can't be found anywhere else.
How does it work? Their partners allow them access to their unsold inventory - empty seats on flights, empty hotel rooms, and unrented cars - at big savings. By showing the name of travel partner after you book, Hotwire can get you travel deals that are significantly below published prices.
